How to deal with the lack of motivation : HELP

Hello everyone
i geuss everything is clear from the title , me as a person i lack
motivation a lot .
so the problem is that:
i'm repassing my baccalaureate exam in order to study medecine
i didnt fail at the first time , in fact i got it with a very high mark and i chose to study " Computer Science "
Computer science seemed so good at the very beginning
maybe because only a few people who can study it , and here its really easy to find a job after you graduate

so i studied it the first year, and gosh i just relized that it wasnt my passion at all
i took a year off , " academic holiday "
eventho my whole familly was against it , but i did it anyway .
---
so now i have to repass my baccalaureate exam
& i have to study everything again
science physics maths geohistory english french islamic
in order to get a straight A 's
or 20's out of 20
& i don't see the purpose behind what am i doing
i lack the motivation to study again from 0 , cause i forgot everything
nothing seems right anymore.

so my questions are
What is the cause of the lack of motivation?
how to quite social life , like facebook & youtube
how to stop procrastinating?
& how to wake up early ?
and any good advices in memorizing and studying ?

even tho we're humans words are easy but actions are not
and that it is my problem right at this moment
everyone's want to be a doctor or a movie star , but not everyone can do it?

Too bad that you quit computer science, that was a mistake! Too bad that nobody explained to you how great of a field computer science is. It opens many doors and many choices for you.
If you have a computer science degree you can work in finance and banking, in accounting, in telecom, in science or academia, in engineering, in biology, in bio engineering, in marketing, in computer games, in music, in movies, etc...

Very few people program computers for the sake of programming computers and without practical and very interesting reasons for doing so.

And by the way, "follow your passion" and "do what you like" is all none sense. The challenge is be successful and to excel in the most boring job there is. If you can do that, then you have accomplished something... Being successful at doing something you like to do anyway isn't challenging and isn't fun anyway ;)

My two cents...

Hey mazen , thank you so much for these words , they really meant something to me .
everything you said about " computer science " is completely true but the probleme is that i'm so out in love with it , i cant stand studying it for at least 5minutes , and somehow i can never ever learn to love it , and working hard at it
that's what is stopping me .
now that i gave up on it , my life would be a mess if i dont get my baccalaureate exam with a high mark
i'm not ready to fail , as well as i'm not ready to work hard & study and do my best to be able to go to " medical school "

i geuss somehow you know how i feel .

and here its really easy to find a job after you graduate

My experience was opposite , which country is yours ,
any way for motive first you need to forgot everything about your Fake social cyber life and get social with real people "thats will help a lot" ,
you may find motive in competition , doing it for someone you love (e.g your parent)
Medical study are very interesting and I find it most humanitarian carrier on the world , doctor got great respect from their patients and you will feel their joy and happiness effecting you .

2nd i am a girl so its really hard to get a live outaa of this virtual life , cause you know

i may not find motivation in competition

ما يبلى الاجنبي يا جماعة (بالعامية)

اذا قارنا علوم الحاسوب بالطب فالطب دراسته اسهل بكثييير من علوم الحاسوب وخصوصا هندسة المعلوماتية فانا جربت الاثنين و اجد ان الطب اسهل من جميع الهندسات .

بالنسبة للدافع ،من الطبيعي ان تشعري بالخمووووول لان اعادة البكلوريا امر محبط جدا . اثناء دراستي في البكلوريا كان لدي فكرة واحدة تدفعني للدراسة باستمرار لدرجة اني كنت احزن ان ضاعت مني ساعتان فقط .

الفكرة بسيطة وربما الكثيرون استخدموها كدافع وهي كالتالي ( الوقت يمضي ويمضي والثانية والدقيقة والساعة التي ذهبت لن تعود ، ان قضيتيها على الفيسبوك او اليوتيوب او الدراسة فهي بكل حال لن تعود ، وانطلاقا من هذا الواقع فكل متعة نمضيها في اي شيء سواء فيس او غيره فهي متعة زائلة بزوال وقتها وكل تعب وجهد نبذله في اي عمل كالدراسة مثلا فهو تعب سيزول بزوال وقته فطالما ان الوقت يمضي بكل حال حاملا معه كل شيء حدث فيه فالافضل لي ان اقضيه بشيء مفيد وتذكري ان كل ساعة مضت وذهبت لو انك قضيتيها بالدراسة لكانت الان قد ذهبت وذهب جهدها وكل يوم ضاع على الفيس او يوتيوب كان سيكون قد انتهى الان لو قضيتيه بالدراسة )

ربما كثرة التفكير بهذا تعطيك دافعا

I have this ugly kind of breakfast every morning to kill my habitual tendency to procrastinate.
I pick the most difficult task from my to-do list and I kill it unmercifully. The whole world will look so easy to swallow after that meal.
It is not easy as it sounds. You must have the proper guts to do it or you are out.
