This American movie showed us good spirit, John Q wasn't a violent man or man of dirty level, he's normal citizen, he's not rich nor ignorant, his son life was in so dangerous and legal ways don't work, the seriousness of someone life being in dangerous, he's a father and his feelings about his son is more high than a doctor studying the situation from the other aspects in more mentality, he decided in the end to make unusual thing, illegal one to force the system to save his son life, what we can call this? Is he real criminal? according to radicalism, this man is criminal, he shouldn't do what he did or that way, with that kind thinking his son will die simply and he's watching, he can do nothing, so, he's in fact isn't real criminal, he tried to get some care for his son case instead of the careless of the radicalism that is working according the apparent letters of the law.
