Too bad that you quit computer science, that was a mistake! Too bad that nobody explained to you how great of a field computer science is. It opens many doors and many choices for you.
If you have a computer science degree you can work in finance and banking, in accounting, in telecom, in science or academia, in engineering, in biology, in bio engineering, in marketing, in computer games, in music, in movies, etc...
Very few people program computers for the sake of programming computers and without practical and very interesting reasons for doing so.
And by the way, "follow your passion" and "do what you like" is all none sense. The challenge is be successful and to excel in the most boring job there is. If you can do that, then you have accomplished something... Being successful at doing something you like to do anyway isn't challenging and isn't fun anyway ;)
